We want every LAYANCA order to feel right. Here is how returns, refunds, and damaged item requests are handled.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, clean, and in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges depend on product availability. Contact support and we will guide you through the best option.

Used, washed, altered, or heavily damaged items may not be eligible for return.
